    • Works closely with producers and other leads to create a workable development schedule that fulfils the design goals within the technology and budget
    • Accounts for design and technology dependencies, aiding the producer to include a minimum set of visible features in each milestone
    • Manages junior designers to ensure a consistent quality level and high work output that matches the overall design vision

Gameplay Tweaking
    • Building on the previous skills to hone existing assets to improve the quality of the product
    • Methodical testing background helps to accomplish this

 

Concept Design
    • Producing original IP
    • Creating fun game designs from existing IP that are achievable and value for money
    • Writing high quality pitch documentation, often within short time frames
    • Thinking through a concept to ensure that the mechanics are sound enough for full production, not just for marketing
