As Lead Game Designer I ran a team of three designers, who were all scrum masters, working in small cross-functional teams.

 Between us we came up with ideas for 50 mini-games and executed them.

Eye Toy Play Hero Gameplay

PS2 game shipped with a chroma green sword.  Advanced camera tracking in pre-kinect days.  The first Eye Toy game to give an exclusively first person perspective.

As lead designer Ied the charge in creating 120 mini-games, which were rapidly prototyped, tested and refined, in collaboration with Sony Europe.

 This title skewed younger and was specifically created to appeal equally to both boys and girls.
